  • Frying flour
    1.5cup
  • Water
    250ml
  • Eggs
    1ea

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Cut the red onion into rings.
STEP 2/6
Mix 250ml of water including 1 egg and 4 ice cubes in 1 cup and a half of frying powder. If you stir it too much, it becomes persistent, so the fries are not crispy. Don't bother melting the ice on purpose.
STEP 3/6
Coat the red onion rings with raw frying powder back and forth.
STEP 4/6
I'm going to fry the batter thinly in Japanese style.
STEP 5/6
You can drop a drop of batter, sink it, and fry it when it comes to mind. Fry until the color is golden. Take it out when the color is moderately yellowish.
STEP 6/6
Drain the oil from the paper foil once.
