STEP 1/7
Put all the ingredients except cranberries in the baking machine and knead.
Towards the end of the dough, add cranberries and finish kneading.
Remove the first fermentation and cut the dough into four equal parts.

Cover with plastic or container and ferment at room temperature for about 20 minutes.
STEP 3/7
After medium fermentation, roll the dough long with a rolling pin and fold it in three stages, then gather it back to the center and pick it up.
Push it longer than 25cm and push one end of the dough flat to wrap the other dough well into a donut shape.
Place one dough on a paper foil or a piece of wax paper.

I'll put it on for about 30 minutes.
STEP 5/7
When it's about to be fermented..Boil an appropriate amount of water in a pot and add a spoonful of brown sugar.
Blanch the dough back and forth for 10-15 seconds.
STEP 6/7
Remove the dough and pan it into a pan.
After blanching, it gets crumpled, but when baked, it spreads out again.
STEP 7/7
Bake in a preheating oven at 190 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
