Soak seaweed in cold water beforehand.

Wash the dried pollack in water and trim it to make it easier to eat.

Put sesame oil in a pot and stir-fry dried pollack.

When the dried pollack is fried, add seaweed and stir-fry it again.

When the seaweed and dried pollack are fried, pour water and bring to a boil.

When it starts to boil, season with thick salt and simmer for another 20 minutes over medium heat.
STEP 7/7
Add soy sauce and boil over low heat for another 10 minutes to complete.
It's more savory and delicious if you add rice water.
