Prepare commercial fried tofu by draining it. Prepare ripe kimchi by shaking off the seasoning, washing it clean, and squeezing out the water. Mix seasoned ripe kimchi with cooked rice, fried tofu rice ball seasoning, parsley powder, and mixed vinegar.
