Braised mackerel
Kids love fish. Today, I added mackerel and made braised mackerel. It tastes better if you add radish and dried radish greens to braised mackerel. I'll teach you how to make braised mackerel!

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
I washed the mackerel and cut it in half. Please cut vegetables and dried radish greens into bite-size pieces. Please make the sauce in advance.
STEP 2/4
I put radish on top of it and put dried radish on top of it. It's really good even if you add dried radish greens to braised mackerel. Please put mackerel on it. Place the sauce on top of the mackerel.
STEP 3/4
I put onions and green onions and added a glass of water with a paper cup. I don't like braised food with too much soup, so I only put in enough water.
STEP 4/4
Cover and bring to a boil over high heat, then lower to medium heat and bring to a boil for at least 5 minutes. When it starts to boil, lower the heat to medium and bring to a boil. Open the lid and pour the soup so that the seasoning is evenly soaked. Once the lid is open, just keep it open and boil. Boil it a little longer and the braised mackerel is done.
It's delicious even if you put potatoes instead of radish.
