Waffle pizza with a different kind of dough
In fact, we eat waffles a lot as dessert in Korea, but we eat them as a meal replacement in Oe Cook, so I thought it wouldn't flow well if the ingredients went into the waffle groove, so I made it. Instead of rolling it thinly in the oven, the dough goes in more tightly, so the dough is complete

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Add the ingredients and knead them in a baking machine and knead the first-fermentation completed dough at room temperature for 15 minutes.
STEP 2/6
Push lightly like hotteok, then grease (slightly smaller than mold) and bake in a preheated pan. I just put the picture in, but it's better to put it in a little more flat than that. The waffle pan cooked it for me at a set time. (The time is determined by the degree of baking.)
STEP 3/6
When the waffle is done
STEP 4/6
Put on the sauce
STEP 5/6
Prepare the toppings by slicing them into small pieces.
STEP 6/6
Top with toppings, sprinkle with pizza cheese, and bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 10 minutes. It's good enough that the cheese is golden brown and drips down.
