Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Cut the squid in a round shape instead of cutting the belly.
STEP 2/7
Make cuts on the sides of cut squid. If you grill it without making a cut, the shape will be round.
STEP 3/7
Please make the sauce according to the amount of the sauce above.
STEP 4/7
Mix the cut squid in the sauce.
(You can grill it right away, but it tastes better if you put it in the refrigerator and let it ripen for about a day.)
STEP 5/7
Grease the pan with perilla oil and bake with all the sauce.
If you don't have perilla oil, you can just add cooking oil.
I don't recommend sesame oil.
STEP 6/7
You can cook it until the sauce is cooked.
STEP 7/7
It's a grilled whole squid.
It's pretty if you put it on a plate in the shape of a container.
