Please prepare the necessary ingredients first. Please prepare frozen shrimp in bite-size.

Prepare red pepper and green pepper that will add spicy taste in 0.5cm square.

Dough ingredients - Add 1 cup starch, 100ml water, 1T rice wine, 1/2t salt, 1/3t pepper, and 1t minced garlic, knead well and place in the trimmed chilli shrimp and complete the chilli shrimp dough.

Preheat pan over high heat for 2 minutes, cover with chili oil, and stir-fry prepared red pepper and green bell pepper for 30 seconds. Then add all the ingredients for the chili sauce and boil over medium low heat for 3 minutes to complete the delicious sauce.

If you finished the sauce, it's time to fry it
Preheat 500ml of oil over medium heat for 5 minutes. When you put a little bit of salt in it, it's the right temperature if it pops up. Grab 2 or 3 shrimps each and put them in the oil lightly. Take out the basic fries for 3 minutes, and then wait for 1 minute for the oil to rise again, and fry the fried rice for another 1 minute for a total of 4 minutes.

If you lightly mix the crispy fried shrimp with the chili sauce that you made, it's a delicious chili shrimp that sticks to your mouth in a spicy and sweet way!
Oil preheating is a must! You can't make crispy chili shrimp if you start frying without enough oil being preheated.
