Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
First, wash your hands thoroughly and prepare the necessary ingredients!
STEP 2/4
Slice the onion into 0.2cm thick slices, and cut the chives into 5cm apart I used the trimmed eel today Rinse it in cold water once and cut it at 4cm intervals.
