STEP 1/5
First, draw butterflies on parchment paper or paper foil with a planetary fan. If you are not good at drawing, copy and print a butterfly image.
STEP 2/5
Cut chocolate (about 100g - you can make more than 10 flowers and 3 butterflies) into small pieces in a bowl, place in a pot of hot water, and melt it in a medium bath. If you stir it with a rubber spatula, it melts quickly. Place melted chocolate in a squeeze bag.
STEP 3/5
Turn the parchment paper upside down, squeeze the chocolate out of the bag, and follow the line
Draw a butterfly. Draw roses in the same way and sprinkle with arazan.
STEP 4/5
Cut foil, fold in double layers, place chocolate-strawed parchment paper, and fold in half. Fold the foil into a narrow plastic container, fix it so that it does not unfold, and put it in the freezer for a while to harden it. Make the butterfly as pretty as you want.
STEP 5/5
When decorating a cake, you have to take it out of the freezer, pick it up with tweezers or tongs, and decorate it on the cake so that it does not melt quickly. Otherwise, it melts quickly because of the heat in your hands and becomes a sad butterfly that can't fly
