We're going to boil the meat with all-purpose broth and water together, and we're going to use this soup as a broth for noodles, so if you use the base broth from the beginning, the taste of the soup will deepen. Add the meat to the pan and simmer over medium heat for 40 minutes. Rip the oyster mushroom with the garnish by hand and chop the green onions to prepare it.

After 40 minutes! Remove the green onions and season the soup with salt and pepper. Let's cool the meat at room temperature and cut it into thick slices and prepare it as garnish.

Boil the noodles and serve.

If you add the green onions, stir-fried oyster mushrooms, and 1t of red pepper powder, you're done making meat noodles!
