  • Cheongyang red pepper

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
I put 1L of water and 1T of salt and let it soak for an hour, then rinse it twice in running water and let it go.
STEP 2/4
I'm going to cut the cheongyang peppers sideways and cut the water parsley like a garnish!
STEP 3/4
Pour in about two cups of water and add the deflated lily when it starts to boil.
STEP 4/4
Add the lily and remove any impurities that come to mind when the soup boils and season neatly with salt and pepper
If you add water parsley and cheongyang pepper, it adds flavor and sharpness
