Korean traditional sweet and sour pork

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Put instant coffee powder, herbal medicine, and green onions together on a cotton cloth and tie them together to start cooking with water in a pot.

Season the pork slightly with oyster sauce and pre-grill all sides on the grill.

When the boiled water boils in a pot, add red ginseng extract to make herbal broth. When the water boils, add the grilled meat

I'll cut the white kimchi into big pieces, about 3cm wide.
STEP 5/6
Chop the radish into 0.5cm thick pieces, marinate it in salt 1T in advance, add red pepper powder 2T soy sauce 1T fish sauce 1/2T minced garlic 1/2T plum extract 1T lemon juice 1t and mix it with seasoning
I will add a little perilla oil to the young leaves that will add freshness and mix them lightly to add flavor.
STEP 6/6
Put it on a plate before cutting, cool it down, and cut it thickly when it is a little warm.
It preserves the gravy through primary grilling before boiling, and it definitely catches the smell of pork through red ginseng extract and cinnamon.
