Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Remove the plastic skin of the crab meat, cut it into 3 pieces vertically and 1cm horizontally, and cut the pickled radish 0.5cm apart
STEP 2/4
Place 1T of sesame oil in a pan and stir-fry crab meat slightly over medium heat. Stir-fry it for 30 seconds
STEP 3/4
Put the garnish, sesame oil, and sesame seeds into the rice and mix them lightly to make a rice ball.
STEP 4/4
Roll it lightly on the rice balls you made with seaweed and it's done.
