  • cabbage kimchi

  • Soybean paste

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
It won't be difficult because you can just clean the pollack at the mart and bring it home and wash it well.

Cut tofu and green onions and prepare them.
STEP 3/6
Cut kimchi into bite-size pieces and put it in a pot.. Pour in anchovy stock.
STEP 4/6
When the kimchi soup boils, add the pollack.
STEP 5/6
I made the liver a doenjang. If you want a spicy taste, you can add extra red pepper powder. It doesn't matter if you use regular soybean paste, so season to taste.
STEP 6/6
If the pollack is cooked, add garlic, ginger juice, tofu, and green onions.
