Stir-fry chopped onions, celery, carrots, and paprika in a pan with butter and then add soaked lentils.
When butter and ingredients are combined, add water and chicken stock and boil until the ingredients are softened, and remove the foam that floats.
Put it in a blender and grind it. If you don't have cream or milk, heat it up and season it with salt and pepper
