Prepare whipped cream, milk, and eggs in the commercial pancake mix.
STEP 2/6
Beat eggs, milk, and whipped cream in a bowl with a whisk.
STEP 3/6
Add the commercial pancake mix and mix well.
STEP 4/6
Pour a little bit of cooking oil into a heated pan over medium-low heat and scoop up a ladle of dough on top it up. If you see more bubbles coming up like in the picture, turn it upside down.

I'd like the back to be golden brown, too.

Hotcakes are not that sweet, so I usually sprinkle maple syrup, etc., and it's very delicious with cheese.
