Cooking Steps

For grilled Vienna skewers, you can apply the vegetables at home. You can use mushrooms, broccoli, eggplants, etc.. If you only have rice cake and green onion at home like me, it's great to make it with only 2 pieces.

Cut the Vienna sausage slightly and cut the green onion to match the size of the Vienna sausage.

Please blanch tteokbokki rice cake slightly in boiling water and make it soft.
If you just bought it from a rice cake shop and want to use it, just use it.

Please put Vienna - Rice cake - Green onion - Rice cake - Vienna on skewers. It's the order. Put it in according to your preference.

Please make the sauce according to the amount.

Grease a heated pan over medium-low heat and cook Vienna skewers back and forth until golden.
