Put the malt in a container, stir the water thoroughly, pour enough water to prevent it from drying out even if it is swollen, and mix evenly. After a couple of hours, the malt blows and stirs, and the color looks milky.

First, put a basket in a large container, pour the soaked malt, and filter the first time.

Pour new water into the ingredients that are tightly squeezed with malt water and knead it with your hands to produce white malt water. Repeat 2-3 times.

After about two hours of the milk-white malt water, the sediment subsides and when the clear water rises above, gently pour it into the electric rice soil.

Mix 1 bowl of rice with clear malt water and cover the lid of the heat-insulating rice container.

After about 4 hours, I opened the lid and found the rice was floating. If you put it in a bucket and boil it over high heat, bubbles form Gently remove the primary foam.

Boil it again, remove the second foam, and add a cup of sugar.

If you remove the foam up to three times, the foam will not form again. We didn't add water to the original amount of malt. Add more water and sugar if you want more
