First, mix the amount of seasonings and make the sauce. (Adjust the ingredients to your taste.) Blanch fish cake in boiling water and hang it in cold water to drain it. Boil the jjolmyeon in boiling water for about 30 seconds, hang it in cold water, drain it, and prepare it. (If the tteokbokki rice cake is hard, blanch the rice cake in boiling water.)

After adding vegetables, add half to one cup of water and mix with the sauce. When the sauce is dissolved, boil it beforehand and add the prepared jjolmyeon. When the tteokbokki boils, it's done.

Tteokbokki gratin is done. It's fun to stretch out the cheese. If you want a different snack, tteokbokki gratin would be good, right?
