STEP 1/5
Dip the ribs in cold water to remove the blood. Add spices and onions to boiling water, then boil the bloodless back ribs. Place the barbecue sauce in a saucepan and simmer while the ribs are dying in boiling water. When the ribs have been boiled to a certain extent, rinse them in cold water to remove excess grease and drain. Spread the barbecue sauce on the drained back ribs and marinate. I usually put a day to sleep like that.
STEP 2/5
Place foil on oven pan, grill, and place marinated back ribs neatly. Bake in an oven preheated to 230 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Turn back and forth and cover with barbecue sauce. Each household has different oven specifications, so please bake it at a lower temperature and time.
STEP 4/5
Blanch broccoli in boiling water. Grease a heated frying pan with a little oil, then stir-fry the minced garlic, then add the blanched broccoli and stir-fry slightly. When it's done, put it on a plate for a while and stir-fry bacon in an ungreased frying pan. Add rice, stir-fry, add oyster sauce, and season.
STEP 5/5
Lastly, add the broccoli stir-fry and stir-fry it to mix. It'll taste better if you put it in a pretty bowl, right?
