Cooking Steps

Put the frying oil in a pot just enough to cover the pasta and heat it to 180 degrees. If you don't have a thermometer, try putting your chopsticks in boiling oil too much, and if bubbles come up, add pasta and fry it in golden brown. The color of the pasta changed so quickly that it became black while taking pictures.

Remove the oil, please. It should be fried in a lighter brown color than the top.

Place fried pasta on parchment paper or cooking foil and spread out and sprinkle lightly with salt. This snack needs some salt to make it taste good.

Do not stir sugar and water in a pot or pan, but leave it as it is, bubbles rise and sugar melts into starch syrup. Reduce heat to low and add fried pasta when the edges are a little brown. If this process is annoying, you can add starch syrup and then add pasta while boiling.

Sprinkle black sesame seeds if starch syrup is on the pasta evenly.

Spread one by one on parchment paper or greased tray and cool. It falls off easily when it's warm, so please spread it quickly.
