Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Wash one medium-sized radish, cut it into 0.7 to 0.8 cm thick, and place it on a drying rack.
STEP 2/4
I dried it at 70 degrees for 11 hours to make dried radish.
STEP 3/4
Soak dried daikon in water for about 20 minutes, then strain it through a sieve and place in a large bowl. (No need to squeeze the water.)
STEP 4/4
Add 3 to 4 tablespoons of red pepper powder, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of anchovy sauce, 1 tablespoon of chopped green onion, 1 tablespoon of garlic, 4 tablespoon of oligosaccharide, 1 tablespoon of plum juice, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, and sesame seeds and mix them together.
