Chop cabbage, carrots, and onions in the shape you want. Cut the green onions sideways and prepare it's ready. Make the sauce according to the amount of ingredients in advance. Make the sauce by adding it to each family's taste. Grease a heated pan with a little oil, add onions, cabbages, and carrots and stir-fry beforehand. When the vegetables are slightly bright, add the sauce and stir-fry. (If you only eat adults without children, you can add more red pepper powder.) Add anchovy broth. Add tteokbokki, fish cakes, quail eggs when vegetables, marinade, and broth mix well.
Dip tteokbokki rice cake in cold water and rinse it once and drain it.
Cut fish cakes into bite-size pieces and sprinkle with hot water to remove excess impurities.
