Prepare carrots, burdock, chives, and cucumbers by finely chopping them. Don't forget to boil burdock in soy sauce before cutting it

Cook the rice in a heated pan with oil, stir-fry the rice first, then add the carrots and stir-fry again. Season it slightly with salt.

Stir-fry rice and carrots first, then add the burdock and stir-fry again. The reason why I put burdock later is because I already boiled it in soy sauce and cooked it, so I put it after carrots.
