  • Potato
  • Carrot

  • Agave syrup

Cooking Steps

A tuna can is put on a sieve and poured hot water.

Add 1 tablespoon ketchup, 1 teaspoon agave syrup (or sugar), and 1/2 teaspoon red pepper paste and mix them evenly to make the sauce.

Prepare evenly crushed tuna, potatoes, carrots, and onions.

Grease a heated pan with grape seed oil and stir-fry potatoes and carrots.

When the potatoes and carrots are cooked to a certain extent, add onions and stir-fry them.

When the onion becomes transparent, add the tuna you were waiting for.

Add tuna, stir-fry for about a minute, and then add the sauce. Stir-fry the sauce evenly with the ingredients, and it's done.
It is said that pouring hot water reduces food additives and removes fat, making the tuna taste lighter.

    The baby hasn't eaten spicy food yet, so I made it without red pepper paste I just cooked potatoes with tuna oil, but when I tried it before adding ketchup, it was so delicious.With sugar, the sour taste was added and it became more delicious I put half of it in ketchup and half of it in rice balls^^
