Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
I made a thick dough by mixing 1/4C flour with 1/2C of Cheongyang red pepper and 1/2C of Songsong pancake powder, which was disappointing after cutting half of the squid in the freezer for about 2C of sour kimchi.
STEP 2/4
Add a little bit of kimchi soup.
Kimchi pancake is much better than water alone. The taste and seasoning of kimchi are less taken away, and the batter tastes much more like kimchi.
STEP 3/4
If you fill the sweet potatoes with thick fillings, it will be cooked with kimchi, sweet, and soften the taste of kimchi pancakes, making kimchi pancakes much more delicious.
STEP 4/4
When the pan is heated, add plenty of oil and knead the dough.
