When the dough is finished, divide the dough into 12 to 16 pieces according to the mold, round it, and put a wrap or wet cloth on the dough and rest it for about 15 minutes. When you make bread with rice flour, you don't need the first fermentation. When the tissue is finished, lightly mold the dough and put it into a mold. For plastic surgery, use the same method as rounding to lightly touch the dough. The dough panned in the mold should be fermented for 40 to 1 hour at room temperature. Apply egg water or milk to the surface and bake the dough in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 25 minutes.
