Busan style fish cake soup and rice cake
Busan's delicacy, Multteok~ I wanted to make it with Busan fish cake, but I was disappointed, so I made Busan's specialty Multteok with fish cake called high-quality fish cake.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/3
Boil radish, anchovies, and kelp in cold water. When it starts to boil, lower the heat to medium, simmer for another 10 minutes, leave only radish, and remove the ingredients. Mix the katsuojangguk with the remaining radish soup.
STEP 2/3
Stick fish cake, rice cake, and konjac on the skewer. Prepare the crown daisy and shiitake mushrooms by trimming them. Boil fish cake, garaetteok, and konjac in the pre-boiled soup. When it starts to boil, add crown daisies and shiitake mushrooms and boil them again.
STEP 3/3
Busan's delicacy, mul-tteok, is complete!!
