Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Cut the pork tenderloin into quarters.
STEP 2/6
Remove the top of the pepper and wash it clean under running water. Peel the garlic and wash it in running water.
STEP 3/6
Pour water into a pot, boil pork tenderloin, and tear into bite-sized pieces. Pour the amount of brewed soy sauce, cooking wine, oligosaccharide and water into a pot and boil the torn pork tenderloin.
