STEP 1/7
After washing the sweet potatoes with the skin
STEP 2/7
Cut into 0.2mm thick slices so that they are not thin or thick. Of course, you can cut it in a round shape like me, but it's so good to fry it after cutting it long like a rest area sweet potato chip.k.a rest area.
STEP 3/7
Put the sliced sweet potatoes in cold water to prevent the brown powder phenomenon
STEP 4/7
After removing enough moisture, I wiped it off with a kitchen towel. It's easier to fry when there's no water. Otherwise, the oil might splatter and get hurt.
STEP 5/7
Fry sweet potatoes in oil that has risen above 170 degrees. Golden brown~ You have to fry it lightly once, take it out, cool it down, and fry it again to make it crispy. It's not soggy but crispy.
STEP 6/7
This is what it looks like when you fry it once. I fried the sweet potatoes just enough to cook.
STEP 7/7
After cooling it down, the fried sweet potato.. Crispy! The savory taste doubled
Moist sweet potatoes may get fried, so please remove moisture as much as possible
