STEP 1/4
Wash the well-done cockle with a brush or running water 2-3 times, and then wash it while boiling the water.
When the water boils, soak the cockles in the boiling water and wait. Then the water starts boiling again. Then, just stir it once or twice in one direction, and your mouth will open.
If you start to open your mouth and quickly scoop it out for a minute or two, you're done boiling cockles.
STEP 2/4
I put the cucumber in a little salt before the seasoned vinegar. I'm going to sprinkle a little bit of vinegar, so I salted the cucumber. If you like vinegar a lot, I don't think you need to add salt to the cucumber.
STEP 3/4
Personally, I really like green onions and garlic, so they put a lot in. If you have a taste, add a spoonful. Instead of soy sauce, I seasoned it with red pepper paste. Add 1 spoon of soy sauce if you want to add more seasoning to your taste. They put the seasoning in the prepared ingredients and seasoned them.
They mixed it with vinegar 1, sugar 1, red pepper powder 1, red pepper paste 1, a little bit of sesame oil, a little bit of sesame salt, minced garlic, and green onion liver.
First, put cockles in a black plastic bag and wash them for about 2 hours. It is said that if you use black plastic, you will be mistaken as if you are in a mud flat.
