Dark chocolate, ABC chocolate, and various kinds of chocolate stored in the refrigerator melted in a double bathAdd the butter and place the bowl in a pot of boiling water and melt in a medium bath.

When sugar is mixed, add milk and mix.

Because of the cold milk and cold eggs stored in the refrigerator, I put the ball in a pot of water and worked with the gas light on.

Add sift powder to the dough and mix lightlyI put in coffee liquor (Calua), but you can add rum.
If you don't have rum, add about 1/3 cup of coffee.

Add chopped walnuts to the batter.

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes in a preheated 160 to 170 degree oven.
Please set the oven temperature according to the oven specifications.

Bake at 170 degrees for 25 minutes. Always preheat the oven at the kneading stage
