Sweet and bitter chocolate brownie
Among the rich chocolate cakes, I baked brownies that are relatively easy to make and can be made quickly. It smells like chocolate and coffee, and it has walnut and cherry in it, so it has a chewy taste and is soft and moist brownie.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Dark chocolate, ABC chocolate, and various kinds of chocolate stored in the refrigerator melted in a double bathAdd the butter and place the bowl in a pot of boiling water and melt in a medium bath.

When the chocolate and butter melt, add sugar and mix.
STEP 3/10
When sugar is mixed, add milk and mix.

Add eggs one at a time and mix lightly with a whisk.
Because of the cold milk and cold eggs stored in the refrigerator, I put the ball in a pot of water and worked with the gas light on.

Add sift powder to the dough and mix lightlyI put in coffee liquor (Calua), but you can add rum.
If you don't have rum, add about 1/3 cup of coffee.

Add chopped walnuts to the batter.

Add the bottled cherries, too.

Mix it lightly with a rubber spatula to make the dough

Pour the batter into the mold of the parchment paper and beat it a couple of times to drain the air.

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes in a preheated 160 to 170 degree oven.
Please set the oven temperature according to the oven specifications.
If you like solid brownies that are fully cooked, increase the time to bake them
If you like soft brownies that aren't fully cooked like me
Bake at 170 degrees for 25 minutes. Always preheat the oven at the kneading stage
