Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Soak clams so that they are submerged in water and put 1 teaspoon of salt in a dark place to remove the sea persimmon.
STEP 2/7
I put 3 tablespoons of salt in 4 liters of water and boiled it for about 8 to 9 minutes
STEP 3/7
Let's wash the clams clean. I prepared olive oil, white wine, dried red pepper, and whole garlic.
STEP 4/7
Place 3 tbsp olive oil in pan, add sliced garlic, tilt pan and simmer for a while over low heat.
STEP 5/7
Add dried peppers and stir-fry together for a while, then add clams and white wine.. Raise the heat strength and stir-fry it.
STEP 6/7
Add cooking white wine. As soon as clams open their mouths, it's better to put in spaghetti noodles that have been boiled right away.
STEP 7/7
Add the boiled spaghetti noodles and stir-fry them quickly while mixing them thoroughly. Lastly, add parsley powder and toss it over
