Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Wash shiitake mushrooms clean and cut only the roots. Drain washed mushrooms in a kitchen towel.
STEP 2/4
Slice shiitake mushrooms as thin as possible. The sliced mushrooms are dried in the sun.
STEP 3/4
Soak rice and dried shiitake mushrooms and put them in a pressure cooker. Chop carrots finely and cook rice.
STEP 4/4
When the rice is ready, put it in a bowl. Make the sauce with 3 spoons of flavored soy sauce, 1 spoon of red pepper powder, sesame salt, sesame oil, and a little green onion.
