Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Wash shiitake mushrooms clean and cut only the roots. Drain washed mushrooms in a kitchen towel.

Slice shiitake mushrooms as thin as possible. The sliced mushrooms are dried in the sun.

Soak rice and dried shiitake mushrooms and put them in a pressure cooker. Chop carrots finely and cook rice.
