Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Mix room temperature butter and peanut butter and whisk well. When butter is melted, add sugar and mix. Add eggs to butter mixed with sugar and mix well to prevent separation.
STEP 2/6
Add the sifted powder and milk. Lastly, add Kahlua and knead it so that you don't see the raw powder. Place 70% of the dough in a muffin cup and bake it in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. While baking, mix the coffee powder, water, and sugar powder all at once to make coffee icing.

Finished with peanut butter muffins with a yellowish and savory smell.

Cool the muffin in a mold and sprinkle the prepared coffee icing on the surface when it is cooled.
