Kimchi croquette
It is the best kimchi croquette when freshly fried and is good for children's snacks and beer.

  • Kimchi

  • egg

  • onion

  • ground pepper

  • Mayonnaise

  • Cooking oil

  • Flour

  • bread crumbs
    suitably
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Put the eggs in cold water, boil them hard, soak them in cold water and peel them.
STEP 2/6
Finely chop the hard-boiled eggs.
STEP 3/6
Shake off the insides of kimchi and squeeze it and chop it finely. If you don't squeeze the water, it doesn't clump. Chop up canned ham and onions, too.
STEP 4/6
Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
STEP 5/6
Shape the dough with your hands.
STEP 6/6
Roll in frying powder or flour, coat with beaten egg water and bread crumbs, and fry until golden brown in preheated oil.
