STEP 1/9
First, remove the pesticide with a water sterilizer from the citron that was roughly washed with water.. And I rubbed it with baking soda. You can dip it in vinegar water.

I washed it several times and cut the white citron.

Dig out two seeds in between..

First, cut it one more time, squeeze the contents, put it in a large bowl, and it's a white inner shell attached to the rest of the shell.. I took this out and threw it away.

And I hit the racket. I also drink citron tea to prevent colds in winter, and I'll put it in macaron peeling, so if I fill it too thick, the filling plays separately and fills it thinly.

Mix with sugar. Yuzu and sugar are roughly one-on-one. It's been about 20 minutes since I rummaged around in a big bowl, and it's already pickled, but it's mixed with sugar.
STEP 7/9
I put it in the sterilized bottle in boiling water one by one.

Don't forget to add more sugar to the top so that you can't see the citron

I put a wrap on it and put it back in the refrigerator for half a day in the kitchen.
