  • Tofu
    1/2piece
  • leek
    little

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Cut kimchi into bite-size pieces, please. Cut the green onions sideways Cut the tofu into bite-size pieces
STEP 2/5
Put a little bit of cooking oil and stir-fry kimchi.
STEP 3/5
Stir-fry kimchi, split it in half, and stir-fry pork next to it. If you stir-fry it on the side, the smell of kimchi goes into the meat and makes the stew more delicious. Add a spoon or two using mirin or rice wine to catch the smell of pork.
STEP 4/5
Pour water into well-fried pork and kimchi. It tastes better if you add anchovy broth instead of water. Add green onions and boil for another 10 minutes.
STEP 5/5
Place tofu on top and bring to a boil again. I boiled it for another 10 minutes. You can add pepper or a little salt to your liking.
