I sifted the flour 2-3 times.

I put the butter, sugar, salt, and egg in the flour and cut the mango into the dough.

Usually, tartji dough is made by drawing + # with a scraper, but I just put it in a plastic bag and kneaded it. Please leave it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

I mixed milk + whipped cream + sugar and boiled it slightly over a gas stove. Slightly refers to when bubbles rise from the edges. Please turn it off as soon as it gets bubbly. I think this work is about melting sugar.

I mashed the mango and put it in a lot. After cooling it down, beat the egg and mix it well.
STEP 6/7
I pushed the dough with a rolling pin and dipped it in a round bowl. I didn't have a tart frame, so I used a muffin frame.
STEP 7/7
After roughly setting the mold, put 80% of the egg filling, and bake it at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
