STEP 1/10
Prepare pork ribs for steaming and soak them in cold water for more than 4 hours to drain blood. If you don't drain the blood well, it can cause a foul smell.. Please do this process. And it's better to change the water in between.
STEP 2/10
Please boil the pork ribs without blood. Add cold water and boil it for about 5 minutes to make a lot of foam as shown in the picture. Please pour out this water. It is a process to remove foreign substances and foul smell that are being boiled.
STEP 3/10
Take out the pork ribs and wash them in hot water and throw away the boiled water.
STEP 4/10
Add the ingredients and make the pork ribs seasoning. Grind the pear and onion, please.
STEP 5/10
Put the blanched pork ribs in the sauce and marinate them well. It is said that famous restaurants specializing in steamed pork ribs usually marinate for more than a day.. I just made it. But it's still good.
STEP 6/10
Put 5 cups of water and marinated pork ribs in a pot and bring to a boil over high heat. When it boils up, reduce to low heat and simmer until the sauce is reduced to about 1/3 of the time. If you cook it too much, it will burn.. Please remove from the heat when there is some sauce left. I think it'll be good to cook for about an hour and a half. By the way, using a pressure cooker will save you time.^^ However, if you want to use a pressure cooker, you have to hold much less water.
STEP 7/10
Please prepare vegetables while steamed pork ribs boil. I prepared sweet pumpkin, radish, potato, carrot, and ginkgo. You can add or subtract according to your preference.
STEP 8/10
Please cut the vegetables into big pieces.
STEP 9/10
Boil potatoes, radishes, carrots and sweet pumpkin about 30 minutes after starting to boil. For your information, sweet pumpkin crumbles if you boil it for a long time.. Take out the sweet pumpkin when it's cooked.
STEP 10/10
Finally, I put in a bank.. Remove from heat when there is some seasoning left for braised pork ribs. Actually, it's better to have more soup than the picture.
