  • Walnut
    1handful
  • Chocolate chip
    1cup
  • Sugar
    50g
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Whip the soft butter at room temperature gently with a whisk and add sugar
Whip it for about 5 minutes and cream it.
STEP 2/5
Add eggs stored at room temperature and whip to prevent butter from separating.
STEP 3/5
Mix all the powders with a sieve and mix them lightly. I don't like the smell of cocoa, so I put in coffee extract, but I think it's better not to put it when baking it for children Instead, add 2 tablespoons of honey or starch syrup and make a dough.
STEP 4/5
Add chopped walnuts and chocolate chips and mix lightly to make dough, scoop it up with a spoon or cookie scoop, and make it into a regular size
STEP 5/5
Place it on a baking pan with paper foil and press it flat with your hands to pan it. Bake for 15 minutes in a preheated 190-200 oven, put it on a cooling net, and enjoy it. Cookies from the oven are moist, but they become crispy after cooling down.
