Clam chowder soup, good for a meal

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/12
Prepare the ingredients and measure the liquid ingredients.

Remove the intestines from the crab shell and chop the vegetables

Put 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan and stir-fry minced garlic and green onions. Add crab shells, 2 tablespoon of white wine, and stir-fry them

Add vegetables and stir-fry them together

Add water and boil it until the potatoes are fully cooked

While the vegetables are cooking, put olive oil in another pan and stir-fry flour. Then add milk and boil for a while

Put the ingredients in a blender and cream

Grind until the ingredients are chewed. (Be careful not to grind too finely)

Put it back in the pot

Season with salt and pepper and you're done. I added 1 tablespoon of salt for 3 servings. White pepper powder is better.
