The bean sprouts boiled for 10 minutes were soaked in cold water to add a crunchy taste. I heard that it's more crunchy if you put it in ice water. I don't have ice, so I'll pass

If you remove the water from the bean sprouts and mix them with the prepared seasoning, the spicy and savory seasoned bean sprouts are completed. It looks even better with black sesame seeds~~ It's crunchy, spicy, and the savory taste of salted fish. This is clean and delicious. It was my first time adding salted and cheongyang peppers, and it was an excellent choice
