It's a good tea for coughing. It is a tea for health during the change of seasons because it helps relieve early symptoms of a cold with slight cough and keeps the body warm.

Ingredients
  • ship
    1ea
  • Ginger
  • Balloon flower
  • jujube
  • Honey
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Remove the seeds from the pear and use the skin. How big and nice the boat is ^^
STEP 2/6
All the ingredients will be put in one bowl and tea will be made in a double bath. Don't put it in a container. Make a cut and put it in a bowl
STEP 3/6
Put the rest of the ingredients and add 2-3 spoons of honey on top.
STEP 4/6
Use a rice cooker to easily double-hot it. Put enough water in the rice cooker for one bowl. You can just cook it with the function of steaming it as it is, or you can cover it like me.
STEP 5/6
Select the steaming function to cook - When the cooking is finished and it returns to the warmth, add one more bowl of water and select the steaming functions to cook. (You have to repeat it twice)
STEP 6/6
Since you made it carefully, squeeze it into a cotton cloth and eat it all until the last drop.^^
There are dried jujube, balloon flower, and ginger, so I used dried ones, but I think it's the same effect even if I use uncooked ones.
