Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Add sugar to butter at room temperature and mix well. Add eggs and vanilla oil to butter and mix well. Coat the red bean paste with flour and shake off the remaining flour.
STEP 2/4
Sieve flour, baking powder, and green tea powder and mix them in butter. Mix the half-mixed dough with flour-coated red bean paste. Put 70% of the parchment paper in a peeled pound pan, clean the surface, draw a gold in the middle with an oiled spatula, and bake in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.

The finished pound is done if you poke it with a skewer and there is nothing on it.

Fluffy moist green pound with sweet red beans. The bitter taste of green tea and the sweetness of red beans went really well together. I usually put 120 grams of sugar, but it's a bit sweet, so I shorten it in the recipe. For those who like sweet things, you can add all 120 grams, but it's sweet enough because of the red bean paste, so you can add between 90 and 100 grams of sugar.
