Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Put the tea bag in a blender and strain it through a grinder.
STEP 2/4
Beat in the eggs well. Then add the sugar and mix well, then mix in the ground black tea bag.
STEP 3/4
Add the powder and mix, then add the pre-melted butter and mix. Put it in a piping bag and let it rest in the refrigerator for about an hour.
STEP 4/4
Spread butter on mold. Squeeze 80% of the batter in the refrigerator into a madele frame and bake it at 170 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. (Adjust the time and temperature according to the oven specification.) Madeleine tastes more moist if you eat it the next day
Please prepare it in advance. Microwave the butter and melt it beforehand. Please sift the powder in advance. Remove eggs to room temperature beforehand.
