Holiday breakfast~ Eat breakfast with Chinese-style green onion
My Dream always wakes up in the early morning..I woke up at 3:30 a.m. again today, so I did some backlogs and made breakfast... When I'm at home, I usually eat and want to eat special food... ^^* I made Chinese scallion pancakes and had breakfast.

Cooking Steps

Half a cup and a half of flour with half a spoon of salt..

Add half a cup of hot water, knead it, put it in a plastic pack for 30 minutes, roll it thinly with a rolling pin, apply 2 tablespoons of sesame oil, stir-fry minced green onions, and put on the greasy bacon

You can see the green onions inside.Grease a frying pan with plenty of oil and bake it on low heatIt's easy to burn black when the fire is strong. Be careful. Ta-da! Chinese style green onion pancake is done! You can see the lines like pie, right? There are green onions and bacon in it.. It's crispy if you dip it in soy sauce. I left it unattended because I was making sandwiches for a while... It's a little burnt.. But it was okay

I made onion sandwiches with 2 pieces of bread left after making sandwiches last time because it was not enough to have breakfast with just green onion pancakes.. Shred an onion and.. Stir-fry it with minced bacon and salt and pepper, then add 3 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar, stir-fry it, put it on the bread, and sprinkle honey mustard sauce on it!

This is really good. Onions are delicious no matter how you eat them. The ingredients are ultra-simple, and the taste is the best!It would be nice to spread mustard sauce on a wide bread and add a lot of stir-fried onions..^^ The bread is small, so onions are flowing down....
