Rich seaweed flakes
There were only kimchi and pickles in my refrigerator and no side dishes. So I searched through the refrigerator and thought about what to make side dishes, and there was soggy steam. I don't think I can wrap it with soy sauce, so I transformed it into a simple side dish. Ugh, it's a better side dish than it is sold on the market.

Ingredients
  • Kim
    7piece
  • Hotteok jam mix
    2spoon
  • Salt
    little
  • sesame salt
    1spoon
  • Sesame oil
    1spoon
  • crushed garlic
    1spoon
  • Cooking oil
    3spoon
  • Sugar
  • pine nut
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
The seaweed was a little soggy, so I baked it on both sides with a pen. It'll be more crispy.
STEP 2/6
I broke the crispy seaweed with gloves on. It's baked once, so it breaks easily.
STEP 3/6
I added 3 spoons of cooking oil. They put minced garlic in it and gave it the smell of garlic.
STEP 4/6
And instead of sugar, they added the leftover hotteok honey mix. I was wondering if it wouldn't taste good, but I like it when it's sweet and slightly cinnamon-flavored.
STEP 5/6
I put seaweed and hotteok honey mix in a garlic-flavored pen and stir-fry them. If you like the sweetness, add more and if you don't like it, take it out. I added a little salt. I'm going to talk about this, too
STEP 6/6
Add pine nut sesame oil and stir-fry it, and you're done with seaweed flakes
